Shipping Policy

At Everstore, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Shipping Methods:

We currently offer free shipping for orders within Delhi NCR. For orders outside of Delhi NCR, standard shipping rates will apply. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of your purchases.

Delivery Times:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on weekdays will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery within Delhi NCR and 3-10 business days for delivery outside of Delhi NCR.

Shipping Costs:

For orders within Delhi NCR, shipping is free of charge. For orders outside of Delhi NCR, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and size/weight of the package.

International Shipping:

At the moment, we only offer shipping within India and do not provide international shipping services.

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Return & Refund Policy

At Everstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free replacement. Please read the following guidelines for returns and refunds:
 

Returns:

  • You may replace the product within 7 days of receiving it.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the replacement process

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  • We may request photos or other evidence of the damage to facilitate the return process.

  • We will replace the product, including any shipping charges incurred.

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return or have additional return restrictions. These products will be clearly stated on the product page.
